Sustainable Leadership Intensive – Aligning outer and inner nature

We live at a time when we all question what it means to lead a meaningful life. Can we avert a climate crises? Can we make a difference in a world full of strive and turmoil, addicted to security, materialism and short-termism? What is my own role in the larger system of economics and politics?

We will host a number of Sustainable Leadership Intensives (SLI’s) for people who consider themselves to be change agents for positive change. We have developed the SLI from the Leadership Journeys and shorter Executive Purpose Quests that we held since 2007 for hundreds of people, and tailored them to the needs of professionals working in demanding change roles, aimed at creating more sustainable organizations that contribute to flourishing societies.

The SLI is a deep-dive immersive leadership practice that will help you to align your outer and inner nature, or your ‘shared purpose’. This will enable you to unleash your full potential (and that of your organization) as a catalyst for positive change and systems impact.

The SLI, offered in partnership with Mobius Executive Leadership, will consists of 3,5 days in locations of pristine nature, for optimal reflection and renewal. The dates will be April 17-21, 2020 in the Netherlands and May 22-26, 2020 near Boston – we will keep you posted at Flow Foundation website.
