Services for organizations

The prime task of leaders is to create sustainable high-performance teams and organizations. What does this mean? Obviously, they need to bring in tangible business results. However, at the same time, they are expected to serve the needs of their people and the environment they operate in. Many believe that these objectives are contradictory and therefore impossible achieve. I disagree. My experience and academic research shows that without the second objective the first cannot be achieved on an ongoing basis. Sole focus on the first objective over time erodes resilience of people, teams and communities. Moreover, the unprecedented ecological and social challenges facing us will make this dual objective a sheer necessity. Organizations of the future will need to create sustainable value and well-being for all its stakeholders, internal and external, on a win-win basis, without destroying the societal and ecological foundation on which they depend. Thus, its leadership needs to be driven by a vision that allows people to develop their full potential, while building internal and external relationships on trust and integrity that foster societal and ecological resilience. The result will be ‘flow’ for people, business and society – or “Triple Flow”.

In order to bring these objectives about, we have developed science-tested methodology for developing human and organizational potential in five dimensions: mental, emotional, social, economic and ecological. We bring this into the world through Flow Foundation, an international research and education platform, fed by ongoing research with academic institutions such as Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Apart from conducting ongoing research, we offer the following services:foto ST op TndT 10-12
