My passion is in creating sustainable organizations and, beyond that, sustainable economic systems. A sustainable organization is successful in two ways: it brings in tangible business results, while at the same time it serves its people and the environment it operates in. It is my belief that these objectives can be served simultaneously – in fact, research shows that without the second objective the first cannot be achieved on an ongoing basis. Moreover, upcoming ecological and social challenges will make this dual objective a necessity rather than a luxery. Organizations of the future will need to create sustainable wealth and well-being for all its stakeholders, internal and external. Thus, its leadership needs to be driven by a vision that allows people to develop their full potential, while building internal and external relationships on trust and integrity. By extension, it is my belief that we can create larger sustainable economic systems, in line with laws of nature and the human mind, by balancing the need for efficiency with resilience and social cohesion.
In order to bring these objectives about, I deploy science-tested methodology for developing human potential in four dimensions: mental, emotional, social and ecological. The working of the human mind is considered fundamental.
