Empowered Leadership: Mindsets and Qualities

How do people achieve sustainable top-level performance and create value in uncertain, ambiguous and challenging times? What are the leadership mindsets and qualities that will empower leaders and their followers so that they can meet future challenges? How do leaders empower their organizations to enable them to create sustainable impact and value?

These questions are being answered in my recent paper Empowered Leadership; Mindsets and Qualities to Create Post-Crisis Economical, Societal and Ecological Value, co-authored with Muriel Arts. We draw on insights from various academic disciplines – including the promising new fields of (social) neuroscience – and our own ongoing research with several organizations.
