leadership journeys

Unknown parts of the world and ourselves

a remote, untouched location in the Himalayas

We are offering Leadership Journeys to a number of outstanding locations. They include remote, untouched and culturally-rich areas of stunning beauty of authentic nature and culture. The first leadership journey took place in Tibet in 2007. Since that time we have held leadership journeys to China, Mongolia and Bhutan, as well as a few European locations, to explore remote and untouched part of ourselves, our unexplored inner self, and rekindle our energy, inspiration and vision for the future.

We have a special partnership with  the beautiful Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, where our leadership journeys explore the various dimensions of Gross National Happiness, Bhutan’s unique development philosophy, and its relevance for modern leadership and sustainable development.

The journeys consist of an ‘outer’ dimension, exploring a unique culture and unknown part of the world, as well as an ‘inner’ dimension, shedding light on our minds and inner resources, in order to better access our natural capacities for more effective, more sustainable and compassionate leadership in the world. The journeys are designed for people in positions of influence who want to make a difference in the world.

Sometimes people get the mistaken notion that spirituality is a separate department of life, the penthouse of existence. But rightly understood, it is a vital awareness that pervades all realms of our being.” – David Steindl-Rast.

The universe is in a constant state of becoming— an ongoing miraculous creation. Every day we awaken to that miracle with gratitude, respect, and compassion for all who share the gift of being.” – David Bohm
